Everything You Need For Your Synthetic Phonics Lesson
Two teacher's manuals will take you step-by-step through the basic code (part one) and the advanced code (part two).
Your Planning Ready to go...
Included are your daily lesson plans taking you step-by-by-step through all of the 44 phonemes. The lesson plans are designed so you have all the information you need on one page: your teaching objectives, what you need, the structure of the lesson and ideas for support and extension. The Toolkit also includes formative and summative assessment.

The Toolkit also includes lesson plans which guide you through the teaching of the irregular, high frequency words. This is a tough name for a five year old so Get Reading Right calls them 'camera words'. This is because children need to take a picture of the tricky part in their 'mind's eye'. There are lots of fun and multi-sensory games and activites included to make the learning of the camera words easier.
Guided Reading
To become the most successful reader children need to make the link between reading and real books from day one. That's why guided reading is so core to The Synthetic Phonics Toolkit. Included are guided reading plans and activities so your children can once again practice and apply the synthetic phonics knowledge they have just learnt.
